ABOUT DECADE

This exciting new range marks our Tenth Year of UK frame design and represents the virtues that have helped to build the success of Kinesis in the UK: Innovation. Adaptability. Detailing. Quality. Affordability. Instead of making a Limited Edition version of one of our frames with ‘10 Year’ decals and a flash paint job, I decided to mark the occasion by designing 3 totally new frames that clearly show the direction in which we are thinking.

Only the first batch of each frame will have the LTD Edition ‘10yr.’ decal on the seat tube. Artwork used in the frame decals is by one of my favourite UK artists Adi Gilbert. www.99seconds.com Modern riding has changed, the commuter is not neccessarily happy to ride a heavy, slow hybrid and many riders are looking for a quality basis for a bike that can adapt and change with them or that can be used in various different ways. All of the DECADE range are designed with adaptabilty firmly at the top of the list and fit niches that are not properly catered for by the mass manufacturers.

2009 MODELS

Tripster: Primarily a fast, precise commuter, but designed to be used in many different guises and wheel sizes.

Convert2: ‘Swopout’ dropouts mean this can easily be run as a stripped down fixie or with gears and full winter kit!

Prestige: The ‘Swopout’ system allows this unique, Tange Prestige MTB to be run with gears or as Single Speed.
